A well balanced relationship is a lot like a healthy and hearty salad with the right amount of ingredients. But what are those ingredients? It differs for everyone but the key is balance. Relationships of any kind can be a challenge to manage at times. This discussion will center around relationships and how to engage with your partner in a healthy way. Education will be provided on effective communication strategies and building knowledge around what to do when things get difficult in a relationship. There will be an open forum with the opportunity to share personal experiences about what hasn’t worked well, what works well, and sustaining the overall maintenance of a well-balanced and healthy relationship. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to discuss how sex plays a factor in the overall picture of how to cultivate a healthy relationship. Attendance at the first conversation not required!
