From accepting the fact that they may be "different" than their family and friends to revealing their true selves to the world, gay men can experience a lot of trauma in their lives. And because of a lack of role models or available resources, we often lack the guidance or inspiration to help us deal with these situations. But it doesn't have to be this way.
Join us for an interactive and helpful discussion with Marc J. Coulter, licensed professional counselor and trauma specialist, about the impact of traumaon gay men's lives and ways to increase their understanding of their own strengths. Participants will also learn about developing tools to identify and increase resilience in their lives.
This conversation is open to all who have a sincere, positive, personal interest in the discussion topic, and who agree to keep confidential what is discussed at the conversation. The intention of this conversation and all conversations is to bring awareness without judgment to the topics discussed, with the outcomes being increased awareness, enrichment, and connection.
